1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing tickets through this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

2. Ticket Purchase

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices displayed include applicable discounts and are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). The total amount will be confirmed before payment is processed.

3. E-Ticket Delivery

Upon successful payment, an electronic ticket (e-ticket) will be sent to the email address provided during booking. Please ensure your email address is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for tickets sent to incorrect email addresses. You must present your e-ticket (printed or on your mobile device) at the venue entrance.

4. Visit Date and Time

Tickets are valid for the date selected during booking. Please arrive during the operating hours of Mahanakhon SkyWalk:

SkyWalk: 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Last admission at 11:00 PM)
SkyVerse: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Last admission at 8:30 PM)
SkyRides: 10:00 AM - 9:30 PM

5. Weather Conditions

Although King Power Mahanakhon SkyWalk is open 365 days a year, in the case of inclement weather such as rain or storms, the Outdoor Observation Deck on the 78th floor may be closed for health and safety reasons. Guests will be advised about weather conditions and visibility prior to entry. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded; however, they may be reissued for a future date.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Tickets purchased through this platform are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, date changes may be accommodated subject to availability. Please contact our support team for assistance.

7. Visitor Conduct

All visitors must comply with the venue's rules and regulations, including:

Wearing disposable shoe covers on the Glass Tray area
Keeping all loose items (including mobile phones) away from the Glass Tray
Photography from the official photo taking area only on the Glass Tray
Minimum height requirement of 1.2 metres for SkyRides
Following all safety instructions from venue staff

8. Liability

We act as an authorised ticket reseller and are not responsible for the operation, maintenance, or safety of Mahanakhon SkyWalk. King Power Mahanakhon is responsible for all on-site operations and visitor safety.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
